Delivery Options

For all orders delivering to Offshore addresses (this includes; Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and the Channel Islands) please contact us at reception@furrry.co.uk for a quote.

We offer five delivery options for all orders to mainland UK commercial or residential addresses.

2-4 Working Day delivery is free on any orders over £100.00 (exc vat) to Mainland UK addresses. This standard delivery service is easily upgraded to Next Working Day delivery for just £3.99.
Our delivery options and costs are summarised in the table below. If you require delivery to an area that is not detailed below, or to an offshore address, please dont hesitate to contact us.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 4pm will be dispatched the same day on the delivery service requested. Orders received Monday to Friday after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day.

For a Saturday delivery service orders must be received before 4pm on the Friday. Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not classed as “working days”.

Returns

If you receive a faulty product, ordered the wrong product, or simply change your mind, return the goods to us within 14 days. You only have to send the product back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund within 3 days of receiving the goods (subject to our terms and conditions). To receive a returns form, please e-mail reception@furrry.co.uk.
